In our company, law, integrity and compliance are strategically very important. Integrity and compliance in particular contribute to the long-term success of our company as fixed components of our corporate culture. Our Code of Conduct forms the basis for this. They form the guidelines for our day-to-day actions and support employees by providing orientation and further internal principles to do the right thing, particularly in complicated business situations.

The foundation of our business activities is made up of 4 corporate values: Enthusiasm, Discipline, Appreciation and Integrity. For us, integrity in particular means doing the right thing, which means not only adhering to internal and external rules, but also incorporating our corporate values and inner attitude. The principles of our integrity culture include addressing critical issues and also consciously making difficult decisions, and these should be supported with conviction by both employees and our business partners.

For us, compliance as an extremely important part of our everyday business means adhering to laws and rules, which for our employees means carrying out daily tasks in accordance with laws, rules, voluntary commitments and values. We carry out training measures to reinforce this behavior of integrity and compliance with the rules. Independent legal and compliance organizations provide support and advice. To ensure that violations of our basic rules do not go undetected, we ask our employees and outsiders to report specific indications of misconduct to the Driversline Practices Office (DPO). Compliance and integrity are also an integral part of our compensation and sanctions system.
