There is no flat-rate offer. You receive an individual quote from us, matched to the route, vehicle, duration and time window of your journey. Requesting one through the form is free and without obligation.
We plan your journey in advance with a set vehicle and chauffeur, rather than matching you to whatever is on the road at that moment. Route, time buffers and vehicle class are settled before you set off.
For fixed appointments it makes sense to ask early, so that chauffeur and vehicle class are certain to be available. Short-notice requests are possible; whether they work depends on the location and the vehicle class you want, and is checked as soon as your request comes in. Night journeys need a corresponding lead time. With tight time windows, it is best to call us directly.
