The Fleet

Six coach classes for every group size

The choice begins with the number of passengers and ends with what you expect from the fittings. Every size exists as a standard variant and a VIP variant. The difference is inside: conference seating and a table belong to the VIP line, while the standard coaches rely on proven individual seats with a central aisle and a large luggage compartment. Wi-Fi is available in every class on request. That way the fittings suit the occasion without you booking more than your group needs.

At a glance

The Driversline fleet covers six coach classes: minibus, VIP minibus, midibus, VIP midibus, coach and VIP coach. Capacity runs from 9 to 57 passengers.

    Vehicle
Automatic, high roof, length approx. 7.3 m
    Typical use
Trade fair transfers, event logistics, travelling parties

For teams travelling to an appointment as one, the Sprinter is the obvious answer. Individual seats with a central aisle keep every place easy to reach, and the large luggage compartment takes suitcases and exhibition equipment. On short and medium distances this class remains the most economical option in the fleet. Up to 19 people travel together, with no second journey to organise.

As soon as work happens on board, the VIP variant pays off. Conference seating and a fixed table turn the journey into a meeting, and the Wi-Fi available on request keeps everyone connected. Delegations and international guests get an entrance that fits the occasion. The seating can be configured beforehand, so the layout matches how your event runs.

Trade fair transfers, event logistics, travelling parties

Between minibus and full coach lies a gap that the midibus fills. Up to 34 people travel in a vehicle that stays considerably more manoeuvrable in city centres and on tight approaches than a full-size coach. For trade fair transfers with several runs a day, this class is often the most practical choice, because turning and stopping cost less time.

    Fittings

    Typical use
    Delegations, roadshows, client events

Same capacity, more comfort: the Setra S 511 HD carries your group in a vehicle noticeably better fitted inside than the standard midibus. At client events and roadshows, the first impression on boarding counts, because that is where the day begins for your guests. Up to 34 people travel at the same level, with no two tiers inside the group.

    Staff outing, conference, large-scale event

From thirty people on, the full coach becomes the first choice. Up to 57 have a seat, and luggage and equipment come too. On staff outings, at conferences and across multi-day programmes, the coordination stays manageable for you, because one vehicle takes the whole group and nobody is split across several cars. Stops along the way can be planned for everyone at once.

Large-scale events with high expectations of presence need more than transport alone. The Setra S 515 HD combines the capacity of a full coach with fittings that keep even journeys of several hours pleasant. For incentive programmes, investor trips and international guest groups, this class is the top of the fleet. Your guests step out where the programme begins, not worn out by the journey.

Compare

The six coaches compared directly

One look at the comparison is usually enough to narrow the choice to two classes. What decides it is the number of passengers and the level of fittings; everything else is settled in conversation. If your group sits exactly on a boundary, at 19 or at 34 people, the next size up is worth taking. Extra seats create room for luggage and for late acceptances.

Occasions

Which coach suits your occasion?

The number of passengers sets the direction, the occasion decides the variant. A transfer between hotel and exhibition hall asks different things of a vehicle than a programme for international investors. This overview matches the typical occasions to the right classes and takes the first part of the decision off you. The second part is settled in a short conversation with your contact.

Event Logistics

Your event needs more than one vehicle

Several pick-up points, return journeys after the evening programme, changing group sizes across two days: as soon as the driving becomes part of a larger schedule, Driversline takes on the whole planning. The Coach Service coordinates vehicles, times and drivers for your event. You have one contact and do not have to think about individual transfers.

To coach service

What is taken on

  • Several vehicles running in parallel
  • Pick-up at different points
  • Shuttle runs between hotel and venue
  • Return journeys after the evening programme
  • One contact for every journey

What is included

This is included in every journey

Transparency is part of the offer. Before you book, you know which services belong to the agreed price and who actually carries out the journey. Within its own service area Driversline performs the jobs in house. Vehicle and chauffeur are therefore settled before the journey, not on the day of departure.

Vehicle and licensing

  • Licensed and insured vehicles under the German passenger transport act
  • Permit under section 49 of the German passenger transport act for commercial passenger transport
  • GPS-supported dispatch and route optimisation
  • A separate passenger transport permit for every vehicle

Chauffeur

  • The passenger transport licence required by law
  • Years of experience in chauffeur service
  • Multilingual chauffeurs for international groups
  • Local knowledge and anticipatory driving

How it works

  1. Personal advice on the vehicle before you book
  2. Agreement of pick-up times, route and stops
  3. One fixed contact for questions
  4. Carried out in house within our own service area

Your Chauffeur

Who gets your group there

Safety begins with the driver. Discretion, local knowledge and anticipatory driving are part of the role, and in a full coach that counts for more. Responsibility for route, traffic and schedule stays with the chauffeur while you look after your programme. For international groups, multilingual chauffeurs handle the greeting and the arrangements on the ground.

Process

Four steps to the right coach

The way to a booking is kept short. From the first request to confirmation you speak with one fixed contact who knows your details and explains the vehicle suggested. Changes to times or route can be agreed until shortly before the journey, as long as capacity allows. For recurring transfers, Driversline sets the details once and carries them over to later jobs.

  1. Request

You give the number of passengers, date, route and occasion.

  2. Advice

Driversline suggests the right coach class and settles open points.

  3. Quote

You receive a quote with vehicle, times and price.

  4. Confirmation

Once you agree, vehicle and chauffeur are settled.

The journey becomes a meeting.

Fleet

Further vehicle classes in the fleet

Smaller groups and solo travellers have their own classes in the fleet. A look at the other categories is worthwhile if your group stays under nine people, or if a separate vehicle is wanted for the guest of honour. Combinations are possible too, a coach for the delegation and a sedan for the leadership. Both then travel in step and reach the destination at the same time.
