For the roughly 75 kilometres from Lübeck to Hamburg Airport (HAM) you should allow about 60 to 75 minutes, depending on the time of day. The route normally runs on the A1. In planning the collection time, rush hour, possible roadworks and enough time to reach the terminal are all taken into account.

Ferry
Ferries leave the Skandinavienkai daily for Sweden and Finland. The check-in window is tight, the luggage usually heavy, and the walk from Travemünde station to the terminal is unpleasant with suitcases. Driversline drives you from your address straight to the terminal and plans the departure so that you are there before check-in closes.
Groups travel in the van or the Sprinter VIP, so that passengers and luggage stay in one vehicle. The Nordlandkai is served too, if your sailing leaves from there. Arriving back from Scandinavia it works the same way in reverse: your chauffeur waits at the terminal and takes you to Lübeck, to Hamburg or straight to the airport.

Every guest arrives together and travels back together. Nobody has to forgo a glass of wine or organise the way home. Collection is in Lübeck as much as in the surrounding area between Travemünde, Ratzeburg and the Bay of Lübeck. For anniversaries and christenings one vehicle is enough; for larger gatherings van and coach work together so that the group stays together.
