Do we receive a single invoice for all journeys?

Yes. You choose the form: a monthly invoice, a project invoice, a split by cost centre or a separate invoice per journey. Payment terms are matched to your accounting requirements; for invoice customers they are usually 14 days.

Can the car service be booked across Germany for business travel?

We are based in Hamburg. Beyond that we work across Germany, among others in Berlin, Frankfurt, Cologne, Munich, Dusseldorf and Stuttgart, all coordinated through the same contact.

Do confidential conversations in the vehicle stay discreet?

Yes. Our chauffeurs are bound to discretion. Confidential conversations and documents during meetings or negotiations stay confidential.

How are short-notice changes of appointment handled?

Short-notice changes to route or time are agreed directly with your contact, who already knows your journeys. No new contact form is needed for that.
