Services
Some guests need a car for the whole day, others just the direct route from the terminal to the hotel, trade fair teams a fixed schedule. The services can be combined freely, for example an airport transfer on the day of arrival and a chauffeur for the appointments that follow.
A chauffeur and a premium sedan for your appointments, by the hour or for the whole day. This service is often booked for roadshows and client visits. If your schedule shifts, your chauffeur adjusts the route and keeps the next stop in view, so you can focus entirely on your meetings.
With flight monitoring, your chauffeur knows the actual landing time and meets you at the BER terminal. From there you go straight to the hotel, the office or home. For departures, dispatch plans a generous time buffer so that check-in and security stay relaxed.
From the hotel to the exhibition grounds and on to the reception in the evening: Driversline schedules your journeys throughout the trade fair days. Trade visitors travel individually in a sedan, exhibitor teams together in a van or minibus. The vehicle size follows your group and can be adjusted from day to day.

Two questions decide the choice: how many people are travelling, and what impression should the arrival make? For individual travellers the E-Class is often enough; for board meetings the long-wheelbase S-Class is recommended. Groups travel by van or Sprinter, and from around ten people a coach is used.

The earlier you ask, the wider the choice of vehicles. With two days' notice almost any request can be scheduled, and at short notice it is often possible too. Dispatch is available Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm and at weekends from 10 am to 6 pm and replies with a quote or an alternative.
Yes. In addition to single journeys, Driversline offers hourly and daily bookings; your chauffeur then stays with you until your last appointment.
The sedans range from the E-Class and the Mercedes-Maybach to the all-electric BMW i7. For groups, Driversline uses vans, VIP Sprinters and coaches. We are happy to discuss which model suits your appointment when you send your request.
Of course. Potsdam is just as easy to reach as Leipzig, Dresden or other cities in Germany. Driversline plans journeys to other European countries on request.
You tell us the hotel, trade fair days and number of participants. Dispatch then draws up a timetable with fixed departure times and chooses the right vehicle size. During the fair the schedule stays flexible: if an evening appointment moves, Driversline adjusts the pick-up. For exhibitors with changing team sizes, the vehicles can also be changed from day to day.
For business customers, Driversline invoices monthly, by project, by cost centre or with individual receipts. On request, a dedicated contact bundles all of your company's bookings.
