What is Driversline?
Driversline is a chauffeur company based in Hamburg that carries out its journeys within its own service area itself. Quotation, dispatch and execution lie in the same hands: our own fleet, permanently employed chauffeurs and the licence under § 49 PBefG.
The Company
Founded in Hamburg, grown step by step
Since it was founded in 2010, Driversline has organised journeys for companies, event organisers and private clients. What began as a classic limousine service has become a provider that also takes on event logistics, roadshows and the organisation of entire trips. The aim behind it: mobility that follows how your day runs.
Everything that belongs to a journey stays in house. Quotation, dispatch and execution lie in the same hands, and you speak to the same contact throughout. A change at short notice is settled with one phone call. For journeys beyond its own service area, Driversline works with licensed and insured partner companies.

Licensing
How you can tell we are a licensed provider
Passenger transport in Germany requires a licence. Driversline holds the licence under § 49 of the German passenger transport act, issued by the transport authority of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. Every vehicle used carries its own passenger transport licence, and insurance cover follows the requirements for commercial transport.

Permanently employed chauffeurs in our own team
Permanent employment tells directly on your journey. Chauffeurs who belong to the team for the long run know the procedures, the vehicles and the returning clients. Training, defensive driving courses and briefings on new models continue throughout and build on each other over the years.
Every driver holds the passenger transport licence, brings years of experience and speaks German and English, with further languages on request.

The range concentrates on classic premium vehicles. Which model is used depends on the occasion, the number of passengers and the amount of luggage. On request, dispatch suggests a suitable class from those three details and takes waiting times between two appointments into account as well.
