The Route
From Hamburg to the outlet, with no detours
Driversline drives you from the Hamburg city area to the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet in Neumünster and back: around 70 kilometres each way, in a car of your own, at times you set.
In your own car the day begins with the traffic on the A7 and ends with a search for a free parking space. Driversline instead collects you at your hotel or your private address and takes you straight to the entrance.

You get out where the outlet begins instead of looking for a space first. Your chauffeur stays on site meanwhile and waits until you want to go back.
You need not carry your shopping either. The boot is at your disposal for the whole visit: drop the bags off, carry on shopping, load everything in together at the end.

How your shopping day goes
Four steps lie between your first message and the collection. Dispatch in Hamburg plans the vehicle, the route and the window before you receive a binding confirmation. Changes to the day can be agreed until shortly before the journey, as long as the vehicle stays free.

The choice follows the number of passengers and the room you need: anyone coming back with shopping travels far more comfortably in the van. Every vehicle is part of our own fleet at our Hamburg head office and is driven by a regular chauffeur.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about the outlet shuttle
Yes. If you wish, Driversline drives you to Neumünster only, with no return. The price is then lower than the guide price for the whole trip, because the waiting and the way back fall away. Please mention it in your request.
The guide price covers around four hours in total, including the time your chauffeur waits on site. If you need longer, the extra hours are billed as agreed. Please let us know beforehand where you can.
We provide child seats free of charge when you give them with the booking. Please state the children's age and height so that dispatch can plan the right seat. Providing one on the spot on the day cannot be guaranteed.
Extra stops on the way out or back can be planned in — lunch somewhere, say, or a second pick-up address in Hamburg. Give us the addresses with your request and they go into the route and the price.
The guide prices given apply from the Hamburg city area. Collections from the surrounding area, from Sylt or from other cities are possible and are costed by distance. You usually receive a quote within a few hours.
The boot is at your disposal for the whole visit. You can leave bags in the car in between and carry on shopping without hauling them around. For larger amounts, the van is the one to take.
