FRUIT LOGISTICA is the leading international trade fair for the fruit and vegetable trade, from harvest and packaging to logistics. For three days in February, growers, traders and buyers from all over the world meet in Berlin; most guests arrive by plane and have a tightly timed schedule.

The North entrance on Masurenallee, beneath the Funkturm. A few minutes on foot from the Theodor-Heuss-Platz underground station and the Messe Nord/ICC S-Bahn station, with a taxi rank and drop-off area in front. Convenient for Halls 18 to 21 and the Palais am Funkturm.

Getting there
How to get to FRUIT LOGISTICA
By chauffeur it takes 40 to 50 minutes from BER Airport, depending on traffic, about 20 from the main station and around 10 from City West. During the fair we allow extra time in the morning and choose the approach according to your hall. FRUIT LOGISTICA lasts only three days, and hotels in City West are booked up early. Request your airport transfer and daily journeys together as soon as your hotel is confirmed.

Frequently asked questions about getting to FRUIT LOGISTICA
From 3 to 5 February 2027 on the Berlin exhibition grounds, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm, Friday from 9 am to 4 pm.
Yes. When you book by the hour, your chauffeur drives you between the fair, clients and hotel and waits nearby.
Yes. We work around your flight, even very early or late in the evening.
The entrance closest to your hall. The North entrance beneath the Funkturm suits Halls 18 to 21, the South entrance Halls 1 to 4 and the CityCube, the entrance at Hall 27 the west of the grounds. Tell us the fair, hall and stand, and we will fix the drop-off and pick-up point.
During the fairs, only vehicles with a permit from the organiser may enter the grounds themselves. We therefore drop you off at the nearest entrance and pick you up there again; you receive the exact meeting point before the journey.
Around 40 to 50 minutes, depending on traffic. During trade fair weeks we allow extra time in the morning. We track your flight and adjust the pick-up if it lands earlier or later.
